Step1 - Property Review 

  • We assess location, layout, compliance requirements, and expected performance.

Step 2 - Proposal & Terms

  • We provide a clear proposal outlining rent structure, responsibilities, and contract terms.

Step 3 - Setup (If Required)

  • Furnishing, safety certification, inventory, and operational setup (by agreement).

Step 4 - Operate

  • Guest management, housekeeping, inspections, and day-to-day operations.

Step 5 - Reporting

  • Regular updates and clear communication throughout the agreement.

All agreements are subject to due diligence and property suitability.
